I want to give a high shout out to the Roam’s customer service representatives. I found them courteous both in pre-sale consultation and post-sale problem solving. How do I get my foot impressions?
Pick one at checkout. Scan your feet with an iPhone 12 or newer, or we mail you a foam impression box. Press your feet in, then mail it back to us. Both options cost the same.
How long until my insoles arrive?
Each pair is made to order and ships in about 1 week from when we receive your impressions. Shipping is free.
What if they don’t feel right?
Adjustments are free. Contact us and we’ll rework them. Every pair is covered by our 180-day satisfaction guarantee.
What warranty do I get?
The shell has a lifetime warranty and the top cover is covered for 6 months.
