I wasn’t sure at first about them , but now I love them. It’s just a matter of getting use to them but boy I don’t know what I would do without them. You definitely need two pairs for sure I made the mistake and only got one pair. You don’t realize that you may want to leave one pair in your go to shoes like your favorite tennis shoes , and leave the other pair for switching them out for the pair of shoes that you only wear once in awhile. I want to give a high shout out to the Roam’s customer service representatives. I found them courteous both in pre-sale consultation and post-sale problem solving. I had trouble with my left insole after receiving the product, the customer service representatives Andy, Chance, and Dillon were all sincerely trying to help me figure out the cause. Roam Insoles replaced the left insole twice but still could not resolve the bumpy sensation I felt when I stepped into the shoe. Finally, they suggested me consult a podiatrist and agreed to refund me after I cut up the insoles. They are truly a team that value customer satisfaction.
