The process of getting my customer insoles made was easier than I could have ever imagined! The staff at Roam Insoles were incredibly helpful. I have high arches that cause me to have horrible shin-splints and knee pain while trying to stay active. I've never had good enough insurance to be able to get custom insoles, but I've paid A LOT of money on those high-arch support shoes. These insoles are so much better, because I can put them in any of my shoes (except sandals) and feel relief when walking around! 10/10 would recommend! 👌

I want to give a high shout out to the Roam’s customer service representatives. I found them courteous both in pre-sale consultation and post-sale problem solving. I had trouble with my left insole after receiving the product, the customer service representatives Andy, Chance, and Dillon were all sincerely trying to help me figure out the cause. Roam Insoles replaced the left insole twice but still could not resolve the bumpy sensation I felt when I stepped into the shoe. Finally, they suggested me consult a podiatrist and agreed to refund me after I cut up the insoles. They are truly a team that value customer satisfaction.
