I want to give a high shout out to the Roam’s customer service representatives. I found them courteous both in pre-sale consultation and post-sale problem solving. I had trouble with my left insole after receiving the product, the customer service representatives Andy, Chance, and Dillon were all sincerely trying to help me figure out the cause. Roam Insoles replaced the left insole twice but still could not resolve the bumpy sensation I felt when I stepped into the shoe.
